Our market position
We were established in early 1999, on the foundation laid by our staff members' extensive experience of performing consultancy assignments in the UK public sector over some 25 years. The long term relationships we have built with our clients reflect our excellent reputation.
Our focus lies in helping public sector organisations, largely the defence and related sectors. However, we strongly believe in the value of "cross-fertilisation" where we apply best practice techniques developed in one market sector to another and this greatly increases our utility.
Consequently, we have carried out assignments and have sector insight in other parts of the public sector including the Cabinet Office, education and research organisations, government agencies, local government organisations such as the Police, and in the UK and European private sector.
Our market position
We occupy a distinctive position in the consultancy market, working across the boundary of business and technology strategy, where technology supports, and is supported by, business processes in achieving business objectives.
Our assignments range from general management consultancy and risk management within a technology environment, through more specific technology-enabled business change, to detailed technology analyses.
